sound card advice

XP pro
epox 8kha+
amd xp1600+
gf3 ti200
wd 80gb 7200
*bought logitech z560 from dell deal
delivered yesterday
great speakers, but which sound
card to get. (instead of onboard)

the philips acoustic edge are 5.1
will this be a big deal?

Nope, shouldn't be too much of a problem. You just won't be using the center channel in jack. The AE control pannel gives you a choice of different setup choices. I'm using it with just a 2.1 speaker system at the moment and it works great. just make sure you download the current drivers for optimal performance.
