Sound Blaster PCI128 playing several waves?

I have an old Creative Sound Blaster PCI128 (model: CT 4700), and it can't play two or more waves at the same time, for example, an mp3 music (WinAmp) and the ICQ sound ("oou&quot😉 at same time...
So, is there any way to make this sound card play two waves? Some tweak, or crack...

I really will apreciate your replies, cause I really want to listen music while chating with budies on ICQ. 😉
