How much better would this card be then my intagrated audio on my nForce 4 system?

Also, have they fixed the drivers so that when you have a 5.1 system, you can have stereo output to all 5 speakers (instead of just the front 2).. cloning i think its called.

 
As a previous owner of one, I would say don't get it, save your money and get something better like an M-Audio Revolution for music or Audigy 2/X-Fi for gaming.
The Live 5.1 uses the old EMUK sound chip, so its much noiser than the newer generation.
