Sound Blaster driver

Anyone know where I can get a driver (the one that works) for CT4170 sound card? Creative's web site does not offer valid drivers. A lot of people (on the internet) suggested PremioPC.com but they did not have the drive that would make my sound card work either. I'm running Windows 95. I don't even know the name of the card. All it says on the card is "Sound Blaster" and the model name: "CT4170".

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
