Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Owners:

delete the registry key in startup: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
 
Or you could go to programs->creative->creative splash screen and then click the little button on the splash screen .dll to disable it.........
