I've heard of products you can put on the sides of the case and dramaticaly reduce sound. Anyone hear anything on them?

Not that ive tried it, but wont sticking some insulating material on the side of your case make it ideal for overheating? Plus, wont sound just come out of your openings for fans?

How's it going to overheat? Most of your heat dissipation doesn't come through the case, it's through airflow in and out of the case.

Sound will come out of the fan openings, but less than was coming out of them before. If you want to eliminate all sound from your case, you need to SEAL it off entirely, which is impractical.
