wow, worst trade ever. i gotta say get rid of sosa, but jerry harriston jr. aint gonna do much. these 2 minor leaguers better be awesome. personally i'd rather have a somewhat upset sosa than harriston

Magglio may sign with the Tigers. As for Sosa..well.. he has to get out of Chicago and I guess Camden Yards could be the perfect place for him.

not gonna get much money because cubs still have to pay a large amount of his contract, so says the report

Cubs are my team and Sosa is my favorite player but at least I can go watch him now at Camden Yards. :(

Looks like all he has to do is pass the physical, now. Selig approved the trade, pending the physical.

I don't care how bad he was this year, he's going to be missed like crazy.

It's like the Nomar deal. They know Sosa will not resign, so they might as wellget something in return. I think they should have waited for a better oppertunity to arise though.
