when i try to hot sync, sometimes my pda will look like it successfully synced....but then the hotsync progress box on my laptop keeps going with the message "Status: Installing handheld applications" i end up doing Ctrl + Alt + delete to end the task of the hotsync.
then sometimes it looks like both keeps going - i get the above message on the laptop as well as my lifedrive "Synchronizing Tasks" and it seems to go forever - my pda use to update within minutes and now it keeps going.
i tried to quite the hotsync program and restart. i tried to restart the laptop. not working.
any ideas? thanks.
