Sorting a field alphabetically in Access?

I don't know much about access, but I have to put a drop-down list in alphabetical order. Only the first 40 items are, but the last 10 that I've entered (into a table) are not. The drop-down list seems to be a combo box. I sorted the table itself, but the form still has them mixed up. Any ideas?
