Sorta TV: Amazon Fire Stick Error

I've Googled this and tried every step I could find. Even Amazon's chat is stumped.

My fire stick 4K only says "Home is Currently Unavailable: We are currently unable to contact our servers"

I plugged in my old fire stick for fun, and lo and behold, it's giving me the exact same error. This says to me that it's not a hardware issue at all...

When I factory reset both sticks, it connects to my WIFI just fine and it downloads updates, etc... Then when I sign into my Amazon account it finishes up and brings back to the home screen that says the exact same error message. I feel like I'm going crazy here.
 
Spectrum, and yes. I've even spoken with Spectrum and they insist that the problem is on Amazon's end (for what that's worth).
 
Do you have another wifi connection to verify?

Any chance you have a friend that will let you test with their Amazon login?
