I know this isn't as good as the 8200 deal with the mispriced FP but here it goes...(You'd kill me
if you knew that I had this deal but chickened out, just too much money for me right now)

I borrowed this from erealsinfo (get it?) but I changed the config to get the 17" FP instead
of the 15". I configured a similar system w/o monitor and it came to only a $400 difference.

Please go easy on me, the is my first 'new' post.

Looks like Dell corrected this one pretty quickly. I was configuring the system and then got the "we need to adjust your order" message. Now when I look at again, it's $100 more and you can't downgrade to the 48x CDROM. I was thinking maybe I should cancel my order on the 8200 and jump on this one but I guess not. :(

Guys I strongly suggest waiting for some time as I heard from a "source" that Dell's current wave of "discount" fiasco is to clear its inventory of
all the old system and they shall be starting to sell new system with much more juicy component. Like USB2.0, 6PCI slot instead on one,
ultra ata133 and all the likes.

But thats just my source.

Prices of PC are falling down really quickly, Its called the Saturation of PC. I bet Dell never saw this coming. Poor people just cant afford PCs
that cost more than a meal at Macdonalds!!!
