I hope to God, for my family's sake, that I never see one of your stickers or shirts...
Why not? Does the 1st amendment not apply to certain people or situations? I think one of the things that's so great about this country is a person's right to express their point of view, no matter how misdirected it may be.
Oh, they'll still have their 1st amendment rights after I get finished with them... I might lose a few of my own rights, though. :D

Every minute I'd spend in jail would be worth it.

I'm proud to be an American.

Funny how America is most ashamed of people like you who think they are the most proud to be American!!

Really? That's interesting, because if I remember correctly Barack Obama disowned his spiritual mentor of 20 years because he said things like that. If America was so proud of people that said stuff like this, why didn't Barack Obama support Rev. Wright and these kinds of statements?

I think your perception of "America" might be a little skewed.

Obama "disowned" him because he's an angry black man.

Doesn't change the fact that he said "God damn America" for opressing people. What exactly is your problem with that statement? Is America God's chosen country even if it subjugates a race of people? Nationalism is a bad thing, not a good thing.

BTW, do you think America is proud of violent thugs like palehorse? You know we put them in jail right?

I don't like the idea of having to watch someone with a tshirt or bumper sticker like that either, but people should be free to express themselves whether we agree with them or not.

Remember all the fuss over the cartoons of Muhamed? You are sounding like the radical element of the Muslims.

Think about that.... what is it you are fighting for? Freedom or something else?

As has been pointed out several times in this thread, I would not be taking away, or infringing upon, any of their rights. I'd merely be giving up a few of my own...

I fight for this country, The United States of America; not "freedom" or any of the other catch-phrases you hear -- those are all implied in the name of the country itself.

I will defend this country against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
