After having 3 people in my state PM me about stuff I was selling it occured to me that we should have a way to list the threads by state in the FS/WTB forums. This would aid people who need a quick fix as in within 24 hours by them buying the part locally or semi locally.
Sorting the threads by location would require 2 parts.
#1. A dedicated spot in the thread or the profile where a drop down would give a list of the 50 states in the US and maybe a province drop down for our members overseas, this would give the search engine a norrower list to have to search thru instead of having to search for the ever so inacurate words in a thread title or messages themselves, in this case it'd be innacurate anyways as people might post a state they won't ship to or maybe someone posts the state they live in to see if the OP will ship to them.
#2. A drop down in the "Advanced search" menu to isolate the state/province that is chosen by the other members that is shown in step #1.
