Has Anybody got Superbike 2001 to work with windows xp?

This is a great game but when i upgraded to xp from 98 it didnt work anymore...

As far as I know....no. I've tried a few things and I can get as far as the menu but the damn thing crashes when I try to start a game.

Pisses me off that EA is basically ignoring this issue.

A few things you can try:

- Run in Win98 or Win95 compatibility mode

- Find the no-cd crack somewhere and install it. This works sometimes for some reason.

Ive Tried A No-CD Crack Too, No Luck, And Stupid Me Didnt Make a Backup Of The Original.exe File...Does EA Actually Release Patches For Its Games?

Yes, they do patch their games, but are sitting on their collective thumbs with regard to this particular game for some unknown reason. I know others have emailed EA Sports to ask about this and all they ever hear is that the game isn't compatible with XP......yet. I guess you can try emailing them as well, perhaps increased volume of requests for a patch will speed things up. :|

Me too. Fortunately, my wife's rig is still running 98SE so I can still play it occasionally.
