Sorry it's been done to death.. system temperatures ok?

I've just put together a new system, important parts are as follows:

500w Athenatech Power supply
Pentium 4 Northwood 3.2ghz 800mhz FSB CPU
2 x hard drives in caddies
1 x hard drive in case
2 x optical drives.

The case has 1 x 80mm intake fan, the drive caddies each have a 40mm intake fan, the power supply has two fans - I believe an 80 and a 120mm, and there's also a 120mm exhaust fan in the case, and a pci slot exhaust fan too.

I have 3 temperature probes + the onboard one(s).
At Idle the CPU is around 40-42, and the internal case temperature is around 36.
Under load, the CPU temperature is up into the 50's, heatsink temperature reads around 46.

Everything is running at the stock speeds, I'd appreciate any advice please on whether I need to look into additional cooling (there's an 80mm fan mounting point on the case side panel) or whether these temperatures are fine.

I have no need for it to be super cool, but I'd like to know that I'm not running it too hot.

Thanks in advance, and apologies for posting this done to death question - I just found completely conflicting results on a web search so thought I'd ask here.
