Sorry. I need to ask what are your opinions on the ASUS A7M266

I will be using this Motherboard for my DDR 266FSB system. I will be using it for gaming and internet. Any ones have any bad experiences or good experiences with this one?

I have a new Philips Acoustic Egde sound card, which PCI slot do you reccommend? I know the A7V was a pain if you put it in the wrong PCI Slot

reviewers seem to agree that it's the best 760 board out... not sure about the sound card location pickyness... that be something you'd need first hand experience with to know.

I've opnly had a bit of experience with it but it's been rock solid and no problems whatsoever with it. Best AMD760 based board... which isnt saying much b/c it's the only half decent AMD760 board IMHO.

I like my Asus A7M266, especially after I modified it for multiplier adjustments.
