The thing is that I love knowledge so much. More so in Science, Math and History than English. I really suck in English (hence my bad spelling). Unlike most kids in school instead of studying the story or something that we just read I study and memorize equations or what I learned that day. Math a science is so fascinating. No wonder I'm a geek. The other day this really hot girl in school said she would go out with me if I stopped being "geekish". I said F*** you, I?ll grow up to be something better than a plumber (no offense). I think the feel of finding knowledge and something amazing far surpasses the feeling of an orgasm. This is my opinion at 14 though.

Yeah orgasm is pretty temporary. Glad you know what you like at age 14, it took me 25 years to figure that out 😉

yes knowledge is a beautiful thing but wisdom is moreso.

at 14 it is very easy to form pseudo-intellectual grand moral and ethical theories about the world and have some rather funny ideas about society and politics which become rather less funny when put into the head of a rather more serious and influential politician 🙁.

Sorry, but at the jaded and cynical age of 16, I still remember the heady days when I was 14 and the world seemed to have so much order and beauty 🙁.

Now it merely has beauty but no order.

I dont know why this is in or belong in this thread, I just felt it appropriate.

There's only so much you can learn from a book. I often wish that I had studied less in school and gone out more. My brain is chock full of useless information now, which can come in handy sometimes, but I'm fairly socially inept. One thing I have learned, though, is that telling a girl "f*** you" and implying that she is going to become a plumber doesn't help with the whole orgasm thing. 🙂

hehe... Doing bother studies or reading.,and going out is good but i tend to do the first one more.. lots more.. much more in fact all.

dude Im a plumber! But I have lots of orgasms, especially when im plumbing ! You should see how these housewives act around us plumers!😉

Accually I was just kidding, but people should not belittle other's professions ! By the way my Uncle is plumber and he's a millionare !

For what you guy's charge I hope so! 😉

You knew that was coming didn't ya? hehe. I know my way around plumbing as well being a general handyman in addition to being a computer geek. Nto only do I make the big bucks, but I can fix the plumbing in my house! The women should be rolling in! .... any time now... I am ready for the women.... Hello women? Anyone?

Don't be to hard on plumbers...in this society somebody that can make your toilet flush is worth more then somebody who can teach kids in school. Most plumbers I know make between 50 and 75 dollars an hour and are never out of work. Most get double time on 6th and 7th day of work when they work overtime. And there's lots of OT. And emergencies figure 3x or more. 😉

It's great that you love knowledge so much, but try not to be so harsh on those not as gifted as you. And always remember that the world would still work without geeks, after a fashion, but not without laborers. Cheers!😉

No matter how good or how full of knowledge your brain is, it still can't move the spoon to feed your mouth.
My 2 cents.

You could have stopped for just a day.........

No really you were correct, figure out what you want out of life before you commit
to anything serious.......
