For like two weeks the back of my neck and near my upper back have felt very sore and stiff when I move my head. Not sure what happened or why it feels like that, but what can I take to help relieve the muscle stiffness/pain? I've tried Tylenol and it works for a little while, but eventually fades away.

Thanks.

i have problems with my upper back and neck from lots of office/computer work with lousy chairs. i saw a chiropractor who referred me to a massage therapist for treatment. so now i get monthly massages covered by my health insurance. i definitely feel better. might be something to check out.

Put your monitor at eye level. Make sure your arms rest parallel with the desktop. Lock your chair in the upright position and don't slouch while neffing.

Beautiful advice. I just realized I was slouching while neffing. Thanks!

I was having problems with neck and upper back pain. I realized this a started about the time I got a new pillow. It was too thick and was causing me to have my neck at an awkward angle while sleeping. I went back to my thinner pillow and have had no problems since.

could be a screwed up disc in your upper spine.

or could be your neck is bent too much when sleeping. i know recently that happened to me and instead of 2 pillows, which i've slept with for my whole life, i tried sleeping with just 1 and it seemed to help.

Sounds like the side effects of being a cockmaster.

Could it be that you may have slept in the wrong position? That sometimes causes neck pain or stiffness on one side, which I had in the past.

sounds like pink-eye.

I believe the only cure is decapitation or destroying the source of the infection.
