Actually I think what really happend is I was trying to adjust my 1901FP monitor but it was all the way down and I didn't know you had to press a button to move the monitor up again. So what happend was I was struggling and I think I kinda strained my back. It hurts but not that bad. I hope it goes away with some rest.

Bad posture.. I do the same thing, it causes me more issues since I previously fractured 2 vertabrate.
