Does anyone have any tips for how to deal with these jokers?
They've got a /23 block of our IP addresses flagged as "dynamic". They were dynamic 7 years ago (used for our dialup ISP), and they are no longer (we outsourced that). However, the blacklist entries remain. We are trying to repurpose the IPs for our T1 customers and running in to blacklist issues on customer email servers.
The problem I have is that their software on their site is garbage and doesn't work.
Does anyone have any better contact information for them that might get me in contact with someone who can delist these ip addresses or have tips on how to get these delisted?
