Sopranos Thread - 4/25/04

...best part was Tony B's toes 😉

I thought it (the hit) was going to be on Leotardo though

This show needs to be on at 1pm. It's more of a soap opera than anything anymore. I am losing hope every week that it's going to get better.

I hear you...not enough good stuff. I really don't care about the birthday party or friends of the family or that crap.

More violence, sex and bad stuff needed.

I think tonight was a good episode. The last 2 were kinda slow imo, but tonight was a good episode. however I am a little confused as to who the hit was on exactly ... who was that dude?

No one really important he was the one with Phil (I think thats his name, the guy that tried to run away from tony and got in a car accident). It was good to see Tony B return to the mob life.

the storyline is starting to go all over the place now... like jumping seens... almost like they are either having trouble fitting it all in an hour or just the cutting room guys are editing too much out

and total episodes also...the only thing that carried over from last week was getting the car fixed.

I mean i guess they do this in the past too, but it seems a lot more this year, just as the adrianna situation was getting really interesting she hasnt shown up in the last 2 show.

but we will see...this could just be the down time in the middle of the season, because it is hard to keep the action and the great stories the entire season so they started off strong and hopefully end strong

BTW, the guy who plays Christopher wrote the last 2 episodes i believe

But it is not a show primarily about the mob. It is about a guy whose job happens to be the mob and how it affects all the relationships in his life.

Clearly, most of those posting in this thread haven't actually watched the Sopranos before, and had some pre-conception of what the show is about after watching "Goodfellas".

Um, HELLO? It's always been a soap opera. A soap opera about THE MOB.

Yep, I agree. They need to stick to their American Idol, and leave real tv shows to the rest of us.

yeah, but u have to agree the last 2 episodes about old people that we have never seen before and never will again are kinda annoying....besides that this season has rocked

I don't like the story line with Tony's dad's mistress, and I'm also sick of Junior Soprano.. I wished Tony had killed him several seasons ago when it looked like he was going to have to

Tony and Carmella sack it up for the first time since before "Whitecaps" .. Carmella defends Tony of all people from her mother of all people.. I'd like to see them back together, and I'd really really like to see Tony get medieval on Carmella's dorky school teacher fling.

Tony B stumbles away from a double homicide, he's gonna screw something up big time I think

They might think something is fishy... with the guy's car rolled forward and Tony B walking with a limp (or not at all) in the next episode or two 😉

I think Tony S will put two and two together and figure out what happened. He is going to be very angry with Tony B doing it and not consulting him. Isn't Sopranos family more closer to Sack than they are to Carmine ? I think Tony S messed up big because of that and he lied of not needing money.

He was the muscle who shot that mob connected woman an episode or two before in her home. In an episode just before that one they had threatened her at her work place but didn't pull the trigger. I guess she was related to the bigger fish who commissioned the killer's revenge killing by Tony B.

Got that?

That, my friend, is why Torrents exist today......

Are you suggesting I perform an act of copyright infringement?

I hope that was sarcastic. Possible RIAA fanboy.

Sorry to let you down but RIAA stands for Recording Industry Association of America (like...as in...music)
