I came back from dance practice yesterday and my thighs ache today I can barely walk without looking like I'm trying to prevent sh!t from falling outta my a$$. Cant go down stairs without extreme pain...heck I almost fell down them this morning on my way to work. What is the quickest way to get over it? I'm not sure but I think I remember Vitamin E being a good thing for quick muscle regeneration?
Any ideas?
