My Voodoo Envy M855 arrived on 11 Dec. I am currently in AZ, while my Envy is in Michigan. My plane back home doesn't leave until 22 Dec.

Why don't you have someone in Michigan ship it out to you in Arizona. 9 days is an awfully long time.

Unless it was overnighted, it wouldn't get here before I left. 😛 And nobody there is going to pay for overnight shipping, and I can't afford it right now.
 
Although no Alienware, I paid for a Dell 8500 on October 15th...and it delivered soon after...

I am still waiting to see it!! .... i am in India... so it has to be carried back....by someone flying from US to India..

19th Dec is the date ..... that i upgrade frm a P3 450 Mhz, 160MB, 20 GB desktop to a 2.4ghz, 512mb, 60 GB laptop....

the agony of wait....
 
I haven't quite decided if they were just efficient and speedy, or if they just tell everybody 30 days so they look good . . . ?

I ordered my Eurocom D500p and two days later it was at my house...that was long enough, and we are talkin' Canada here, not the US where everything is supposed to be better
 
yeah well your dogsleds don't have traffic jams and they run on snow/ice... alot less friction than pavement, helps conserve energy and speed things up from igloo to igloo 😉

3k on a laptop. crazy. i was gonna make some off the wall comment, but I realized I paid about that much for mine ;p
