You might save yourself some money using a car radiator core instead of a "PC heat exchanger." They also tend to outperform the conventional radiators on the market because they are larger (both a good and bad thing - the size that is).

your setup looks good...i went with clearflex60 instead of tygon and was pretty impressed with the quality if you want to save a little. also, you may want to consider another additive like zerex or purple ice because water wetter can leave a film/residue in your tubing and parts.
