Ive got a very similar model (w/ sat and HD), I think 70$ is the most they're worth. Just about everyones already got a 3 bar equalizer (bass/trebel which is pretty lame) and a CD player and aux input (even if you don't see one chances are youve got one in the back you can wire to). The unit really doesnt add anything or have any way to improve sound or balance and the tiny buttons and weird controls were kinda meh (not easy to use without looking). You cant see the CD controls at night so you gotta remember which are which...

If you've got a really crappy unit or one that doesn't work this could make a cheap replacement...but I have seen (and owned) many cars with better stock stereo systems. If your looking to upgrade an already decent system your probably better off looking for something else. Really not knocking the deal, just letting people know what to expect.

Did you look? it have a USB input and charges your iPhone. Very few if any does it at this sub $100 price range. And the fact that these usually sells for $100, $70 is a bargain.

Not to mention the 24 bit DAC, (2) sets of preamp out, and plays MP3s
