hi all i'm new at the forum
i have the sony x72 LCD I think it suported until 85mhz but in XP it shown that it can suport until 60mhz
so what to do
to change the refresh rate or not??

LCDs don't refresh like CRTs do. Leave it at 60Hz... it works best that way.

but if I play games and i need atleast 75-90 fps it will work cuse in CRT u need that the refresh rate will be at 85 hz to get that fps
