SONY VIAO E308ds want to upgrade motherboard HELP!!

I have a sony viao, with a intel integrated board that includes video card, sound card, RAM, chip, and motherboard. I already got a new soundcard, and video card that i stuck in the empty PCI slots, and i want to keep this case, but Im not sure which motherboard i can fit in there to replace the existing integrated one. Any thoughts ANYONE PLEASE???
 
the E308DS is a 350MHz Pentium III, isn't it? I was looking at that one a while back. You need a MicroATX motherboard, you can maybe find some by Asus.
