Sony Vaio upgrade questions - please help!

I am saddled with a Sony Vaio desktop (model # PCV-LX800) at work. It
badly needs a reformat, but of course it doesn't come with a floppy drive.
Will any external floppy drive work with it or is there a Vaio-specific
model I should be looking for? My other question concerns a memory upgrade.
It only has 112 MB RAM. Anyone know what kind of memory it'll take? Is it
an easy upgrade? TIA.
