Sony VAIO desktop making constant beeps

I have this Sony VAIO desktop here that starts off making one long beep, then two short beeps, and then it goes into a constant softer short beeping. The computer won't POST, won't fire up the monitor. This problem happened after a move, so it's probably SOMETHING loose. I've so far tried reseating the CPU, reseating the RAM, tried another stick of RAM, took out the AGP video card that was in in and tried using the onboard video, disconnected all drives, reset the CMOS, and changed the battery. Still doing the beeping. Pretty much out of ideas now of what could be causing the problem. Heeeeellllp...
