Sony unveils 4,000-lumen WUXGA 3LCD Laser projector

Now is there a lower light home theater version?

I'd imagine we'll be seeing them shortly. Casio has a 720p Laser hybrid projector out for $1200:

RED's 4K projector will be laser as well:

I wouldn't mind seeing a 1080p laser projector for the home market though. I really love my 720p Viewsonic LED projector, but my only real complaint is that it's very dim at 500 lumens unless you have a pitch-black room (fortunately I have a basement, and the contrast on the LED projector is super amazing, so I wouldn't go back to a bulb model unless I had the bucks for something high-end).
