As a side note, there have been rumors that a Sony exec talked about an FF7 remake.

now what needs to be answered:
-the rumor that MGS4 will be released by the end of the year (started by a date confirming that being posted on the official TGS site, or something akin to that).
-what specific games already support rumble
-is FFVII remake real?
 
Home being delayed to spring isn't surprising.

Good to see they finally added rumble back...I really felt that was lacking of them.

Price drop would be awesome.

1UP has since updated, stating Kojima would like to release the show-floor demo, but does not know if it will happen.

My money says that they'll release the MGS 4 demo right around September 25th to give PS3 owners a taste of their own AAA title to come.

Unless something has changed, one of the recent trailers said 2008 in English, "this winter" in Japanese.

So we're probably looking at beginning of March.

oh yah, now that I remember, MGS4 IS the game that is supposed to be simultaneous.

where did you see they released it. it was just rumors, and Kojima casually mentioned that he would like to but does not know if they will.
 
Every analyst in the world says the $500 price is here to stay because Sony in their right mind wouldn't let consumers get used to the idea of a $500 PS3 only to never see it again. A lot of people will simply buy alternatives when the 60GB runs out. And the regular consumer doesn't know anything about 60GB being discontinued or Sony getting rid of its stock. The general consumer only knows what he sees in daily life and that's "PS3 price drop to $500".

What most believe is either: A cheaper PS3 alternative will come out or the 80GB will lose the game bundle and come down to $500 in the holidays. Anything other than that and Sony would be cutting its own throat.

Then again, it's not news to us for Sony to make choices like that.
 
MGS - Some of the best games ever made! I'm kinda sceptical about the 4th one though, not sure how i'd like playing a pensioner snake!

If you can get past how the character looks, all the previews say the game looks great, perhaps better than it's predecessors.
