Sony sues Lik-Sang out of business

and your first post makes no sense at all, if you had read the article and saw that there is no more to sony's side other than Lik-Sang breaking some laws sony has in place about selling Asian PSP's to people in Europe.

About a week ago, maybe less, Sony made a very strong statement stating that they will prosecute people who sell PS3's to people in Europe before they are officially released in Europe. It's just Sony on a power trip.

Actually, Amused makes a good point. As much as I would hate Sony for destroying this company, they had a legal right to do what they did. However, I do not agree with the way they handled the situation. Perhaps they could have told Lik-Sang that would not tolerate any more shipments of imported PSP's. That would have been the better way to deal with the problem.

Class envy? What the hell are you talking about? How biased is their story? Yeah it's probably biased, just like Sony is biased. However, it's not like he said "Sony came in and killed my entire family and now has me in a torture camp". Basically he said Sony sued him out of business (read the title of the thread). Do you not know what a lawsuit is? Do you not know how a huge company like Sony can do this to little guys? Legal fees aren't cheap and you don't get to pay lawyers with lucky charms and air. When the money runs out for legal fees, the money runs out for the company.

calm down folks, no point fighting with each other. What sony did was not good, but no one here knows the whole story. There maybe other reasons for the lawsuit which we dont know of.

Lets not just point fingers without proper sources.
