Sony PSP conversion software?

I have this for my Nintendo DS, and it doesn't convert movies with the software that comes with it. I ended up getting this free software off the internet that makes the movie all choppy after the conversion. If I get the PSP I will want to play movies on it, and I want to make sure that it comes with conversion software so I don't end up looking for converters for weeks. Does anybody know if it comes with software, or will I have to find my own?
