Sony PC9 MiniDV camcorder for $650?

Hi gang, first of all, I wanna admit that this deal was taken from another deals site. I can't take credit, but I want to start a discussion on this and see what you guys think.

has the PC9 for $650 and free shipping. Sears has this listed for $1299, and they also list that there's a rebate available.

My question is...what sort of chance do you think there is to get Sears to pricematch this $650 price? This seems almost too good to be true.
And if there's an additional rebate liek Sears.com lists?

What do you all think about this camcorder? It seems to be the little brother to the PC-110 which is an awesome unit.

Man - that is one crappy website. They don't even list their company name on the page, just in the title bar!

I doubt even sears will go for this one (smells of scam, if you asked me) - has anybody had sears pricematch this site?
 
Well, the fact that they only accept PayPal is the first bad sign...that they take 2-3 weeks to supposedly ship is a HUGE red flag, and that their regular prices are much lower than almost anyone else's sale prices, should tell you that something is REALLY rotten here. I didn't even look into the WHOIS info - no need - this smells really bad.

And the site itself - looks like junior got a hold of mommy and daddy's computer and did a little dabbling in Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

I already tried to pricematch with sears. They have a list of online retailers that they won't pricematch and that place is one of them. Basically Sears says if they charge a restocking fee they will not pricematch that store.
 
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM RAJSOFTWARE!!

I ordered a Sony TRV-17 in July and waited for 3 months for nothing. Got the refund but don't expect the goods from them. Good for AE Blue price match though.
