Sony PC110 or Sony Mavica CD300

I want a new video camera as well as a new digital camera the PC110 takes pictures at about 1 megapixel and saves them on memory stick but the CD300 is 3.3 and saves to Cd which is reallly cool for archiving pictures but i can always upload the picture from the 110 and save it to cd is there any other good and bad thoughts about these two products
