My Friend has an Sony NW-E103 mp3 player and since his computer is no longer running he asked if he could set it up on my PC.

After installing the software and connecting it up to the PC with a USB cable a message from windows pops up saying that the USB device is not recognized.

I know that the drive us working properly because I am able to connect my ipod with no problems.

My question would be do you think there is something wrong with the mp3 player itself, or is there something I can do to make the player work with my computer??
