Sony MDR-V150 earphones are teh worst evar

My sister bought me these for Christmas and well they are the worst audio I've ever heard.

I thought Sony was of high quality (have a 19" CRT that after monitor shopping for ages, found was only rivalled by Mitsubishi and my 19" Viewsonic Pro couldn't hold a candle to it).

I know they are el cheapo (cost her $40 CAN) but damn. I had a $20 set of Labtec that were better before these (can't use them anymore because they broke after 3 years).

If your sister wants to buy you cheap headphones, tell her to stick to Koss.

Sony's only nice set of cans are the V6's.

Sony makes the headphones used by the world's best musicians and producers that cost $700 US each. The phones he's complaining about cost $20 US.

and by the way. sony makes the sony mdr r10. its considered one of the world's best headphones. at $3,800 it better be! ive yet to hear anything like it. possibly the orpheus...heh heh:evil:

Oh there are good headphones that can be had for < $50... *cough* KSC-35 *cough*... but there aren't any good full sized headphones for less than that.
