I've never been able to find anything under $10 or $15 at Dell S&P. If someone knows of a $1 item I'd love to hear about it.

I'd advise anyone looking at this to consider the Sony CD250. It writes to mini-cd, records mpeg clips, has more features, and is up to 2.1 megapixels.

I'd buy the CD250 for $469 before I'd get the FD200 for $329.

By the way, the promotion is a fraud IMO. They marked all their cameras up exactly the amount that they're discounting. Sony pricing is very controlled - almost everyone sells them for the same price (*maybe* a dollar or two cheaper at some places, but almost never significantly less.)

Look for the Sony Mavica CD250 almost anywhere, and it's $499 - coincidentally, the same amount as Dell's "special" pricing. Check out the Sony Mavica CD400, and it sells everywhere for $799 - which just HAPPENS to be the same amoung as Dell after you take 10% off their so called normal price.

The only reason it's worth looking at Dell is to use the coupons. I would buy it at Circuit City (which I did, in fact) so that I can a)return it locally if necessary, and b)get money back of the price fell within 30 days.
