Sony ILink Video ?

I just bought a camcorder with the sony ilink, it says usb and firewire... Anyone used this yet to import video into computer ? if so any tips.. thanks.

right.. it also works with usb.. the wire they include is usb.. but i gotta spend more money on a firewire cable... this night vision is great !

The USB is for transfering the still pictures. The iLink (firewire) is for transfering the video. I don't know if the camera came with a firewire cable. Have fun!

Oh, digital video editing is SOO much better on a Mac. I hope you aren't on winblows.
