Sony HX750 or Samsung 6200

Hi All

I am planning to buy a 40/42-inch LED TV (Smart & 3D). Shortlisted 3 products. They are
1)Sony HX750
2)Samsung ES6200
3)LG 7600

Confusion persist, so pl help.

My requirements are:
a) Picture quality is first & foremost (Both SD & HD)
b) Not much into 3D and/or internet browsing atleast via TV set(Smart)
c) Mostly watch 2D
d) PS: Open for Plasma too.

Also suggest a good hometheater set. Onkyo or Bose (5.1) is ample for my need.

Onkyo is much cheaper (and much better value for money) than Bose and sounds great.
