Anyone have any experience, or listened to this system?
Wondering what the opinions are on it as a "start me out" system

The general recommendations for entry level box systems are the Kenwood HTB-505 and an Onkyo who's model I can't remember.

I wouldn't bother with anything else.

Spend a little more & get something decent.

If you need to get an all-in-one system, get one made my Onkyo (Circuit City usually carrys them).

Their speakers are leagues better than the ones from Sony, and you get a Onkyo reciever to boot (which is again, much better than a Sony).
