I've had my monitor for about two months, so this shouldn't be a "wearing out" problem. my video card is a hercules prophet geforce2.
yesterday evening, I was out of my room for about 20 minutes reading, and when I came back in I noticed the colors on my screen were somewhat messed up. everything looked normal EXCEPT for the fact that there was this odd yellow sheen sort of covering everything. I checked both my monitor color and video card settings, and neither of those had changed any. I messed around with them, and they changed the "normal" colors as always - except the yellow sheen was still always there no matter what.
any ideas?
