Sony sucks... but Sony Ericsson rocks.
The W660 is European 3G whereas the W610 is quad-band edge (mostly for states). The W660 doesn't have american 3G (US 3G = 1700/2100, Euro=1900/2100)

However, the W610 has an autofocus 2 megapixel camera.

Stateside, the W610 is better.
 
the w610i looks awesome. eager to see the price on it. you can get the w810i for around 250 now. Be nice if it drops in at under 200.
