What's the best way to sync up this phone with Outlook? Sony Ericsson Communication Suite or the built in software from Windows XP SP2?

I've read somewhere that Windows XP built in software is not always consitent, and may skip some item during synchronization.

What do you guys use? Do you use USB or Bluetooth?
