Sony Ericsson t610 Problems HELP!!

I have rogers at&t . i know that it works with that service but when I turn it on, it makes the startup sound and then hangs on this blue screen! What am I doing wrong? Thanks ahead of time

Faulty phone.

Have it checked out at the service center. You will probably be reqd to send in the phone by mail.
