hey guys
i have the SE DCu-60 cabe and cd. i install the software onto the comp and everything, hooke the phone and cable up after, nothing happens, the usb sound comes, but when i click on file manager, it says not connected, but the phone monitor on the tray has a green check on it
so whats up
how can i fix this problem ?

You installed the PC Suite software? Make sure you have the latest version from SE. You don't need to use the CD, the driver is part of the PC Suite software.

What phone did you get? I just got a w810i last week and I LOVE it. My last SE was a T610, which was also a great phone.
