Sony DVD/CDRW drive combo

Ok, I'm interested in buying this drive.

But, for some reason, I think it may be the same as the Liteon DVD/CDRW drive.

Can anyone confirm this? I don't want to get the noise that people complain about with these drives. I think the Samsung one would be good to go with, except I think that it looks like crap asthetically.

Oh, and does anyone know if this drive is jet black, or if it's charcoal black... I ran into this problem before and would like the drive to at least match my case.

It is a Lite ON. It is black. I haven't heard a drive yet(lite on,samsung,lg) that wasn't noisy at higher speeds and at spinup. I have a Lite on 48X combo and a Samsung 52X burner with "noise dampening"
and they are about the same noise wise. The only noise complaint I have with the Lite on is when the tray ejects.
 
Hm.... so you're saying I wouldn't see a significant noise difference between this drive and the Samsung DVD/CDRW combo?
