Sony Digital 8 Camera

Hey, Im looking for a digital video camera specificly a Sony. Anyone know a decent model at a decent price? With some good options and maybe where I can pick them up cheap I know this is alot, thanks for any help you can give me.

Do go for the larger 3.5" LCD over the 2.5" unit. It's a $90.00 bump up, but is far better size-wise. Also get the Sony NP-F750SP Lithium Ion Battery for about $100.00. Yep, it will cost quite a bit for the whole rig, but WELL WORTH IT!

the 320 is just as good, at a lower price.
The digital 8 platform is a nice medium between dv and hi8, and they tested all the dv cameras on the market and the little digital 8 from sony actually beat most of them in quality and video.

If you ever visit NYC... Canal street (lots of electronics) I bought a new Sony TRV720 for less than a thousand during the beginning of the summer. You have to haggle a little. And I suggest you try it out right there, make sure nothing is wrong with it.
