Sony CPD G520 problems

I got this monitor two months ago, and now, when it on for more than two hours, the bottom left quadrant (yes, 1/4 of the frickin screen)get VERY yellow tinged. I ordered two monitor coolers, but I am wondering wheather it is heat, or a flaw in the monitor. This cost me $800, and I must know!

I picked up the 17" version of that model and I believe it comes with a 3 year warranty. I would definately send it in. I've never even heard of a monitor cooler before. They should work regardless. Good luck!

Got any unshielded speakers or magnets near by? That did it to my TV.

The same thing happened to my first G400. The bottom left 1/4 was noticably blue-tinged, and I waited for the monitor to "break in" and hoped it would go away, but it never did even after I made sure there was no interference and gave it ample burn time. So I got it replaced and I'm currently extremely happy with my newer G400.
