I have this same phone (except mine is gray). Overall, I like it. Doesn't need a bulky AC adapter and the phone continues to work in the event of a power failure. However, one flaw on mine is that the speakerphone becomes disabled if another extension in the house is being used. Don't know if that is an intentional "feature" or an actual defect since there's no mention of this in the manual.
